We strive to deliver your order as soon as possible. After receipt of the payment, the order is sent within 2-3 working days.
The above is on condition that the ordered items are in stock with us.
If we do not have the items in stock, but our suppliers do, you can count on a delivery time of approximately 1 week after receipt of payment. If we expect the delivery time to be longer, you will be notified by email.
The shipping costs will be shown in the shopping cart.
Delivery of the order
All orders are sent via PostNL. We try to send as much as possible by letterbox post so that you do not have to be at home upon delivery. In other cases it is offered by parcel post.
NEVER accept a damaged package. If you do so and the item turns out to be damaged, you must have the official report prepared by PostNL within 24 hours at the post office.

Received wrong item?
You can of course return this to us. We request you to contact us by email.
Of course we will ensure that you receive the correct article as soon as possible.
Wrong item ordered?
Provided that it is complete, unused, undamaged and in the original packaging, you can return it to us with postage. We ask you to enclose a copy of the purchase invoice, stating your bank or giro account number. We will then refund you the purchase price of the goods.
