Are You Ready For Love is a smashing first album of the new electro-romantic project “Après La Nuit” that gathers Richard Abdeni (Les Anges De La Nuit) and Marilyne B, which will be released on Echozone records on May 27th, 2022. Together, in English and in French, they will transport you to horizons imbued with rhythmic melancholy with an inalienable instinct of hope that erases the footsteps of their pain on the sand. This collaboration was born following a personal tragedy - the death of Richard's younger brother - which ineluctably brought him closer to Marilyne, his beloved brother's closest friend. Sharing a common passion for music, they tried together to exorcise their deep pain throughout the whole album. A sustained beat tempo makes each melody stronger and unforgettable while the hoarse and moving voice of Marilyne on Richard's words accompanies the listeners. Its tone sometimes becomes the shadow of Richard's sincere voice. The Opus can be divided into four parts: Death & Mourning, Darkness, Brightness & Hope, and LOVE. Love is felt right from the start of the album with Mon Amour or a bit later with Are You Ready For Love and these tracks immortalize in music this absent brother or friend - just as much as this love for which each one of us becomes King or Beggar at certain times of his life. “Bye Bye Mon Petit Frère” and “My Leprechaun Within will take you through loss and darkness while Dolce Vita is the hope in the future that each one of us craves for ... Including 10 original tracks, two rework versions and three remixes by Obsession Of Time, Cyborgdrive and Mark Loodewijk, the album is written and composed by Richard Abdeni and mastered by Alex Dalliance. Après La Nuit invites you to wander through a musical journey with a lot of emotions and will keep on exploring survival instinct searching for a better tomorrow.
