Following the release of the first two singles “Golden” and “Seltsam” which made it into the German Alternative Charts (DAC), nd the cover EP “Vierklangdimensionen” the German synthpop duo Loewenhertz are going to release their muchanticipated third album “Traumfaenger” (Dreamcatcher). In doing so, the band offers again a wide range of synth and electro pop songs alternating between German and English lyrics as done on the previous albums. Spheric, from melancholy to powerful, with a very crisp production and refined by singer Alex’ pleasantly warm voice the album proverbially tempts the listeners to try to catch their own dreams while listening to the music. With “Traumfaenger” Loewenhertz continue consistently along their very own path towards perfect synthpop music: danceable, expressive, not overly blatant and equipped with content and depth sneaking easily into the listeners’ souls with musical playfulness. As a special bonus, the physical album copy does not only present the ten official album tracks but also includes the EP “Vierklangdimensionen” which has only been available in digital form so far, featuring four excellent cover versions: "Dreiklangdimensionen" (Rheingold), "Wenn der Mond die Sonne berührt" (Hubert Kah), "Leuchturm" (Nena) and "Elisabeth" (Snäp).

Description
When POS.:2 released their debut album "now!" last year, not only critics were enthusiastic (Side Line Magazine: "This is one of the hottest synth-pop\ndiscoveries of the past few months"), but the duo even instantly jumped to No. 1 in the German Alternative Album Charts. With hits like "Only Electropop" the\nnewcomers became a club sensation as well. Now the wait is over. And it has been worthwhile. The new album "Circuits" will be released on October 21st,\n2016 on the Echozone label. It picks up the qualities of its predecessor, but consistently enhances its strengths. POS.:2 sound more mature, but at the same time burst with playful virtuosity. The 13 new songs reflect all the different facets of electro pop: beautiful melodies, powerful, pumping beats, elaborate harmonies and\ncomplex synthesizer sounds that exude a fresh 'retro charm', allow the listener to discover whole new worlds of sound. Besides catchy club tunes ("So lonely"),\nthere are also insightful, emotional songs ("I wanna be free") and classic 'old school' electro pop songs ("Neonlicht") complemented by soulful and charismatic\nvocals. POS.:2 sing both in German and in English. On the debut album Lumbar Fist, Richard van Kruysdijk?s solo project Cut Worms playfully builds compositions from scratch without any prefab beats or loops, exploring the intersection of noise, dissonance and melody. The result is highly atmospheric, cinematic, intuitive drone music. A distorted Morricone soundtrack influenced by the Ukrainian conflict and anti - depressant side effects which bridges the gap between 20th century experimental music, nostalgia/avantgarde, ambient, film noir, neo-folk and black metal but in itself has no genre.
