No Songs For Lovers

INADREAM from Bochum are going to release their debut album on ECHOZONE in November 2019. The band’s musical orientation is clearly directed towards 80s post punk. With pumping beats, screeching noise guitars, powerful bass lines and melancholy vocals they focus on catchy melodies that the listeners will never forget and will remind them with every tune of The Clash, Joy Division or the Pixies without losing their individuality or being just another copy-cat. Lyrically the ten album songs deal with personal sentiments, social criticism, drugs and relationship dramas which means anything but love songs. Consequently, the album is called “No Songs For Lovers” and features no ballads but danceable post punk, easily including related genres like wave, punk, rock and even ska. Prior to the album release two singles “Red Light” and “No Song For Lovers” as well as video clips will be released to give a perfect foretaste of the album with their hypnotic and infectious sound. Following several gigs in spring / summer the band will continue to present the new album live on stage in autumn 2019.
