Strange Words

After their debut album ?No Songs For Lovers? from 2019, the German alternative post-punk / rock / wave band INADREAM, founded in 2016, are going to release their second long player entitled "Strange Words" on October 18, 2024 via ECHOZONE.\nThe nine fresh new tracks as well as the cover version of the Joy Division classic "Dead Souls" continue the path of their predecessors with every note. "Strange Words" once again impresses with an extremely varied mix of relaxed post-punk songs slightly influenced by ska and punk which sound wonderfully straightforward and unconstructed.\n\n"Dead Souls" therefore fits seamlessly into the album and shows that the band is able to add their own personal touch to the over 44-year-old title. "Here Comes The Rain Again" by the Eurythmics, which can only be found as the B-side to the first album single "Die Away", was also transformed in a similarly fitting manner.\n\nOverall, "Strange Words" is just as convincing in terms of music and content as its predecessor and is sure to delight existing fans as well as fans of the genre.\n\nThe first single "Die Away" including a music video has already been released and will be followed in September by the second single + video clip for the song "White Light" (with "Dead Souls" as the B-side).
