Delivery time

We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. After receipt of payment, the order will be shipped within 2-3 working days.

The above is provided that the ordered items are in stock with us.

If we do not have the items in stock, but our suppliers do, you can count on a delivery time of approximately 1 week after receipt of payment. If we expect the delivery time to be longer, you will be informed of this by e-mail.

The shipping costs are shown in the shopping cart.

Delivery of the order

All orders are shipped via PostNL. We try to send as much as possible by letterbox post, so that you do not have to be at home for delivery. In other cases it is offered by parcel post.

Transport damage

NEVER accept a damaged package. If you do so and the item turns out to be damaged, you must have PostNL draw up a report at the post office within 24 hours.

Then contact us.

Received the wrong item?

Of course you can return this to us. We request that you contact us by email.

We will of course ensure that you receive the correct item as soon as possible.

Ordered the wrong item?

Provided it is complete, unused, undamaged and in the original packaging, you can return it to us prepaid. We ask you to attach a copy of the purchase invoice, stating your bank or giro account number. We will then refund you the purchase price of the goods.

Return policy refund goods.

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. The right of return only applies to products in the original packaging.

Products cannot be returned if the seal is broken or the protective film is damaged or removed.

After cancellation you still have 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount excluding shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging.

To exercise this right, you must contact us via our contact form. Returning products without a contact form is at the customer's own risk.

We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good condition.
