MinstreliX; A portmanteau combining the words Minstrel (a medieval minstrel) and Relic (a relic or legacy).\nThis Japanese band started in 2004 and released six full length albums. In the year of their 20th anniversary their sixth album\n?Minstrelics? will be also released in Europe. This European edition has an exclusive bonus track.\nThe band's music is influenced by European metal and ethnic and folk music, and is strongly inclined towards European culture. The\nimage of a minstrel who existed in medieval Europe is superimposed on the band's music, and the band's desire to become modern\nminstrel and pass on stories is expressed.\nThe core of the band's sound is melodic power metal, which originated in Europe, and they incorporate various musical elements\nsuch as hard rock, death metal, ethnic music, classical music, jazz, game music, anime music, and pop music to create an innovative\nsound. With that as their theme, MinstreliX's music is completed when listeners find a story in the music from their own perspective.\nWith the motto "Dramatic For You," they have developed their own style of dramatic power metal.
